Question What precautions are in place due to Covid-19?
AnswerIn our fulfillment center, face-masks are being used regularly as well as gloves and regular hand washing.

The World Health Organisation states that Coronavirus lasts on surfaces typically up to 72 hours so it is entirely safe to order packages online.

It’s always recommended when receiving any package to wash your hands after handling packaging. We hope our customers are staying safe and well as we reach towards the end of our lockdown.

Question Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
AnswerUnfortunately, due to our quick processing of orders, we do not have a system for this in place. You will need to place a separate order for anything else you wanted to purchase.
Question What is your returns policy for internet purchases?
AnswerYou can return unworn internet purchases via post within 2 weeks of receiving your item. Please note, we are unable to accept back unsuitable items via post after this time. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
