Returns

RETURNS ARE CURRENTLY TAKING UP TO 7 DAYS TO BE PROCESSED

Please email us if you require a return/exchange so we can make sure it is dealt with correctly.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by the day that you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must be in its original packing with labels attached and in a suitable condition for us to resell the product. For example, we cannot except items with fluff, damage, a change in smell such as smoke or covered in pet hair.  For a request in refund contact us via email or any of our social media platforms. We will then be able to help further with your request. If no contact with us is made prior to returning the item then refunds cannot be guaranteed. Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged for reason, not due to our error, will not be eligible for a refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@dizided.com

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange any items that are unsuitable, please fill out the exchange section of our returns form and return with your item. Please note we can only exchange items for a different size. If you require another style, please return your item and then place a new order. Shipping is your responsibility and must be posted within 14 days. Please return your item to the address given within your packaging. Like with refund requests, the item must be in new condition and in its original packaging with all labels attached. Any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Faulty items

If for some unfortunate reason, you receive an item that is faulty, please contact our customer service team on support@dizided.com and we will be able to assist you further and advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us for a refund or exchange.
